Our Residential division provides mortgage brokers with the opportunity to access some of the highest remuneration levels on a flat fee model based on transactions. You will have access to a wide selection of lending products from major banks and non-bank lenders in order to help you meet your client needs.  

High remuneration structure and secure trail commissions

With our strong membership size of over 1500 mortgage brokers, FAST is able to ensure that you receive some of the highest income levels available.  We are also able to provide you with security.  If you decide to leave our membership, you will generally receive your trail commission for the life of the loan, as long as the lender pays. 

We provide options and flexibility

When joining FAST, you have the flexibility of becoming either a Credit Representative under our licensee (BLSSA Pty Ltd), a credit representative of another licensee, or hold your own Australian Credit Licence (ACL).  The decision is yours.
